A TALL ship built for the Marlon Brando movie Mutiny on the Bounty is heading to Tyneside tomorrow.

The Bounty is a replica of the vessel made famous as a result of the 1789 mutiny, in which Fletcher Christian and several members of the crew left Captain Bligh in the South Pacific.

She is due between the piers at South Shields at about 11am, before heading to Spillers Wharf in Newcastle.
