INTERNATIONAL professional services firm Maitland has acquired Insinger de Beaufort Luxembourg S.A. subject to Luxembourg regulatory approval.

The deal will make Maitland one of the largest independent service providers in Luxembourg and the asset management business of Insinger is expected to add $65 million to the $800 million currently under management with the firm's asset management division.
