THE BODY of an ex-jockey may have lay undiscovered in his Newmarket charity flat for up to a month.
The last confirmed sighting of 74-year-old Irishman Jim Brennan was by a welfare worker from the Injured Jockeys' Fund charity at the beginning of August.
When they returned at the end of the month they could get no answer from Mr Brennan and noticed a strong smell and a large number of flies at the window of his flat in Fred Winter House.
