AYLESBURY Vale farmers are facing further anxiety as the area is put under a second protection zone following the Suffolk outbreak of bluetongue disease.
The disease is widespread across Europe and many farmers hoped the English Channel would stop it from coming to the UK, however the midges that carry the disease have made it across.
