SHEFFIELD is at the heart of an art explosion, named as one of the top 10 creative cities in the UK in a new survey.
Steel City comes ahead of supposed artistic powerhouses such as Oxford and Cambridge, and supposedly trendy cities like Newcastle, Nottingham and Bristol.
