Origen Financial, Inc. Completes $127 Million Securitization.

SOUTHFIELD, Mich., Oct. 16 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Origen Financial, Inc. , announced that it has completed its $127 million Origen Manufactured Housing Contract Trust 2007-B securitization transaction. The securitization consists of a single AAA rated floating rate class of asset-backed notes secured by manufactured housing contracts. The transaction closed today, Tuesday, October 16, 2007. The notes were sold to a qualified institutional buyer pursuant to Rule 144A under the Securities Act of 1933 (the "Securities Act").
