McCusker wins Moyola Cup.
|
THE annual Watterson Cup Stableford competition staged at Moyola Park Golf Club, has been won by 24 handicapper Martin McCusker . His score of 40pts was one ahead of the runner-up, Rory Gribben (9), who had a better second nine over Tommy Fullerton (10).
Both returned 39pts. The best gross prize went to Damian McCusker (0) with a 72, while the handicap category winners were: 0-9, John Lorimer (9) 36pts; 10-13, Cecil Brown (13) 35pts; 14-17, Matt McSwiggan (15) 37pts ; 18 plus, Raymond Moore (20) 37pts. There were 19 optional twos winners, each getting 3 golf balls.
