Amid an over five-year span of aggressive growth through acquisitions, Eli Research (Raleigh, NC) is poised for further expansion courtesy of a mezzanine investment of $10 million by private investment firm BIA Digital Partners (Chantilly, VA), Eli said the money will be used to help finance its ongoing "strategic initiatives."
