Walkers to Provide Support and Services for Establishing New Class of Funds

ST. HELIER, Jersey, Oct. 3 /PRNewswire/ -- Walkers, the global offshore law firm of choice for investment banks, international law firms, collateral managers, and other financial institutions, announced that the Jersey Financial Services Commission (JFSC) intends to permit certain investment funds to be established and domiciled in Jersey on a "registration only" basis, beginning in January 2008.
