HOUSTON -- Hyperdynamics Corporation (AMEX:HDY) announced today that the presidential delegation from The Republic of Guinea has completed a full and focused agenda of work with Hyperdynamics Corporation.

On September 22, 2006, the Republic of Guinea signed a new Production Sharing Contract (2006 PSC) with Hyperdynamics' wholly owned subsidiary, SCS Corporation (SCS). SCS has performed oil and gas exploration work for Guinea since in 2002.
