INTERFACE ANNOUNCES EXPECTED ACQUISITION OF THE ASSETS OF TOLTEC FABRICS

ATLANTA, May 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Interface, Inc. (Nasdaq: IFSIA) announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary, Interface Fabrics, Inc., has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire substantially all of the assets of Toltec Fabrics, Inc. Details of the financial terms of the proposed acquisition were not disclosed. Closing of the transaction is expected to take place within 30 days.
