Sep. 26--ARLINGTON -- The Creative Arts Theatre & School, or CATS, has dismissed its executive director, W. Randolph Clark, less than a year after he joined the nonprofit group.

For now, the children's theater in Arlington won't look for another executive director, said Charlie Bowles, chairman of the CATS board and CEO. Bowles will take on the executive director's duties, according to a CATS statement.
