Kemerovo to build 300-meter skyscraper

KEMEROVO. Sept 17 (Interfax) - A 300-meter skyscraper is to be built in the West Siberian coal mining city of Kemerovo.

The cost of the 75-story building will be $500 million-$600 million, according to a presentation of the project drawn up by Pan-China Construction Group. The general contractor will be Invest-KPS.

Alexei Podsokhin, president of the ALPI association of retail and agribusiness organizations, a participant in the project, told journalists at the presentation that construction would begin on ...
