DALLAS, Sept. 12 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Manchester, Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: MNCS.OB) announced today that it has accepted a reduction in the interest rate paid to its lender with respect to borrowings made to support ongoing operational costs of future acquisitions, as well as its current operations. This reduction was offered based on the seasoning of Manchester's growing loan portfolio. The reduction significantly reduces Manchester's cost of borrowing related to the ongoing operations of its current subsidiaries and future operations by 400 basis points to 13.25%. ...
