SOUTH WINDSOR, CT William J. Quinn, Sr., 75, of South Windsor, passed away Saturday, (September 8, 2007) at Hartford Hospital. Captain of the St. Peters High School Football Team # 37, in Worcester, MA he met his highschool sweet heart, Phyllis Herbst who would later become Phyllis Quinn, his wife of 55 years.
