While presidents and rock stars take to the national and international stages to remind the world of the legacy of Black Consciousness leader Steve Biko - who died after Port Elizabeth security police thugs rammed his head into a detention cell wall 30 years ago - a visit to Ginsberg, Biko's home town, reveals a neglected and disillusioned community.
