Sep. 6--MIDDLETOWN -- The owners of Bullwinkle's Top Hat Bistro are sure business at their new location won't be rocky.

The locally owned restaurant, a favorite at its only other location in downtown Miamisburg, is expanding into Middletown's East End.

"This will be a great location," said owner John Forman.

The bistro will occupy the former El Rancho Grande at the Interstate 75 and Ohio 122 exchange.
