Export tariff discussion for urea.(NEWSDESK: Tariff)

Facing the going down prices of urea this year in Chinese market, China Nitrogen Fertilizer Industry Association (CNFA) plans to propose two schemes on reducing the export tariff for urea to relevant government authorities.

The first scheme is expected to exercise a flat export tariff rate of 8% for urea. The second scheme is suggested to practice different export tariff rates by urea demand season, 5% for the slack season and 15% for the brisk season. The slack season is from August to December and the brisk season is from January to July every year.
