CLEVELAND-More than two years after Marsh & McLennan Cos. Inc. reached an $850 million settlement of alleged anticompetitive practices, state officials are still going after the broker over those past practices.
Last week, Ohio Attorney General Marc Dann sued Marsh-along with four major insurers-and accused them of conspiring to engage in price-fixing and anticompetitive business practices.
Now, some of the companies are saying, "Enough is enough.''
