Services for Bruno J. Preski, 87, will begin with prayers at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, at Smith-Corcoran Funeral Home, 185 E. Northwest Highway, Palatine, and proceed to St. Mary Church for Mass at 11:15 a.m. Entombment will be in All Saints Mausoleum. Visitation will be from 3 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, at the funeral home. Born May 15, 1920, in Chicago, he died Thursday, Aug. 30, 2007. In 1954, Mr. Preski founded Plaza Excavating Contractors in Dundee and was the owner of B. Preski Stables.
