HOLDEN - The best lessons on managing a municipality can come from near or far, or so Town Manager Brian J. Bullock believes.

Next month, Peter J. Hennessey, a communications manager for the Western Bay of Plenty District Council in Tauranga, New Zealand, is coming to see what he can learn from Mr. Bullock.

While it is not yet confirmed, Mr. Bullock hopes he'll travel to New Zealand in February to observe local government with Mr. Hennessey and other municipal managers.
