THIS talented trio is spearheading the bid for sporting stardom on behalf of Coventry.

Together with two other young Coventry athletes they will be under starter's orders for the biggest children's sports games in the country.

The UK School Games start on Friday, featuring about 1,300 participants competing in athletics, swimming, gymnastics, table tennis, fencing, badminton, judo and volleyball.
