LAHORE, August 15 (PPI) -- Punjab Health Minister, Ch. Muhammad Iqbal has said that the provincial government has given highest priority to health & education and the health budget has been enhanced by 50 percent and additional resources have been provided to accelerate the efforts for prompt achievements of Millennium Development Goal (MDGs). He said that the major focus was on protecting the health of people through strengthening of primary healthcare & disease preventive programme.
