announces that the waiting period under Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust 
Improvements Act of 1976 with respect to its exclusive license of JUVISTAA[R] 
(human TGFbeta3) from Renovo Group plc (LSE: RNVO) expired on August 10, 2007. In 
accordance with its terms, the License Agreement became effective on August 15,
