SAN JOSE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 3, 1995--Hoya Corporation USA announced the incorporation of two new subsidiaries, effective April 1, 1995.

The Hoya Vision Care Division, located in Torrance, Calif., has been incorporated as a separate company under the name Hoya Lens Inc. The New York branch of Hoya Crystal, a sales and distribution company for the manufacturing base in Japan, has been incorporated as a separate company under the name Hoya Crystal Inc. Both new companies are wholly owned subsidiaries of Hoya Corporation USA.
