The Philippine Council of Evangelical Churches (PCEC) yesterday asked for prayers for the safe release of Korean missionaries held hostage in Afghanistan.
The PCEC led by National Director Bishop Efraim Tendero issued the appeal for prayers, convinced that it is the only thing that the people can do at this time.
