The Loch Fyne seafood dining chain, which has two outlets in the West Midlands, looked set for expansion yesterday after pubs chain Greene King reeled in the business for pounds 68.1 million.
Loch Fyne has grown from the shores of the Scottish lake in Cairndow, Argyll & Bute, into a national chain with 36 branches, including Knowle and Mere Green. It is best known for its fresh oysters and smoked salmon.
