FirstLink Investments to enter fertilizer business.(NEWSDESK: M & A)

FirstLink Investments will invest 6.4 million Singapore Dollars (US$41.6 million) to acquire China Plant Nutrition--an organic compound fertilizer company by two stages.

The two companies signed an agreement for the first stage recently. According to the agreement, FirstLink Investments will invest 16.0 million Singapore Dollars to acquire 25% equity in China Plant Nutrition. The second stage for the acquisition is a call option in a period of five years after ...
