Aug. 7--GRAFTON -- An Emma Willard graduate is behind student efforts to catapult the issue of global warming into next year's New Hampshire presidential primary.
Sierra Murdoch, a 19-year-old Grafton native and junior at Middlebury College in Vermont, is an organizer of a student-sponsored march against global warming that began Wednesday in Nashua, N.H., and ended five days and 45 miles later with a rally in Concord, New Hampshire's capital.
