WALNUT CREEK, Calif. _ Every Wednesday, Dr. Niall Roche's waiting room looks like a poster for "bring your IV bag to work day."
Three patients sit thumbing through magazines; another reads a newspaper. White pillows prop up their arms, inserted with intravenous tubes feeding them the biologic Remicade.
