They're the best thing since sliced (whole-grain bread. Whole-grain bagels, English muffins, hamburger buns, pita (pocket) breads, tortillas, and wraps are showing up everywhere.
Whole grains are higher in vitamins, minerals, and fiber than refined grains. And people who eat more whole grains have a lower risk of heart disease and diabetes.
