Aug. 3--Not so long ago, the residents of the condos that border the former Bay Tree Golf Plantation thought their worst nightmare would be to watch their verdant views disappear among clusters of new houses. But as it has turned out, their worst nightmare is watching the Bay Tree golf courses disappear among clusters of weeds.
