From photography to pastry.(News)

Inspired by the traditional Cape Malay baking methods, Cape Town-born Moira Blake, who now lives in the UK, has taken the pastry world by storm with her organic Dorset Pastry. She has won The Supreme Champion Waitrose and the Times Small Producer Award for her puff pastry, which is the only traditionally made organic puff pastry in the world.

In Wynberg, Cape Town.
