White Acre Equities LLC, a Manhattan-based real estate investment and development firm, announced that University Place, its upscale residential building located in the Kensington section of Brooklyn, is now fully leased.

University Place, which is open only to students currently enrolled at a college or university, is located at 385 McDonald Avenue between Church Avenue and Albemarle Road.
