QUICK DESCRIPTION: The ever-experimental band Wilco is back with an amalgamation of guest band members, but the release falls short with less gusto than previous albums. After "Yankee Hotel Foxtrot" and "A Ghost is Born," "Sky Blue Sky" is tame by comparison.
