PETERSHAM - The sale of the Nichewaug Inn to the town is expected to be complete next month, but the inn's future is still to be determined.

On June 25, the town voted 111-69 to accept the inn as a gift from the Trustees of Reservations.

Details of the deal, which has involved the town, trustees, the local Friends of the Nichewaug and property owners Deal LLC of Manchester, N.H., remain to be worked out. Selectman Nancy Allen ...
