What would a yak do with you on its back?
Probably snort, give a great shake of its shaggy yak back, and throw you right off! Although Tibetan yaks look as calm and gentle as cows, you can't ride them. You might as well try riding a bucking bronco at the rodeo.
Yarba was the one who warned me about yak-riding. He lives in a mud-brick house near Lhasa, Tibet, with his mom, dad, and baby sister. And he knows a lot about yaks.
