History and conceptual nature of naval science.

It is a widely known fact that the term "history" has two meanings. The first one implies examination or disclosure of the actual course of development of some phenomena taking place either in nature or in human society, and the second one means a science which studies this process. In this article we shall analyze the second meaning of this term with reference to naval science.
