Principal and Pantheon partner up for $400m joint venture.(FINANCE)

Pantheon Properties, one of the industry's leading full-service owner/ operators of industrial properties, today announced they have entered into a joint venture with Principal Real Estate Investors, the fourth largest institutional real estate manager in the United States.

Equity commitments have been made by Pantheon and The Principal which, when leveraged, will enable the venture to acquire approximately $400 million in value-added, industrial/flex properties in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions.
