STOCKHOLM, Sweden -- Alfa Laval (STO:ALFA), a world leader in heat transfer, centrifugal separation and fluid handling, has today announced a public offer to increase its share of Alfa Laval (India) Ltd. The intention is to increase the holding with 26 percent to 90 percent through this offer.
