Jul. 10--ALBANY -- The chasm between Gov. Eliot Spitzer and Senate Majority Leader Joseph L. Bruno widened Monday as Bruno demanded another investigation of the governor by the attorney general, and Spitzer called the senator a "superb public servant" who is causing distractions.
