SEC Registration Provides Enhanced Transparency and Oversight

NEW YORK, July 2 /PRNewswire/ -- Rochdale Investment Management LLC launched the Rochdale Core Alternative Strategies Fund today. The fund is Rochdale's first SEC-registered hedge fund offering and is a natural extension of the firm's innovative services offered to high net worth clients. It pursues a fund of funds strategy, broadly diversified by both manager and strategy, and seeks to deliver high absolute returns with low volatility.
