BOCA RATON, Fla., Feb. 21 /PRNewswire/ -- W. R. Grace & Co. (NYSE: GRA) today announced that its wholly owned packaging subsidiary, Omicron Proprietary Ltd., has formed a joint venture in Malaysia with Parade Industries Pte. Ltd., a family-owned company based in Singapore. Grace holds a majority interest in the joint venture which manufactures plastic trays.

Parade brings to the joint venture its existing tray business in Malaysia, and Grace's Omicron unit, near Melbourne, Australia, offers its thermoforming, printing and extrusion technologies and equipment. The joint ...
