Jun. 19--ENID, Okla. -- Chad Olsen will celebrate his 39th birthday June 25, and he knows what he wants to be doing.

"Hopefully, I'll be cutting wheat," Olsen says with a smile.

Chad and Pam Olsen are owners of Olsen Custom Farms L.L.C. of Hendricks, Minn., about 30 miles east of Brookings, S.D. Olsen's main foreman is Luke Nibbe, 30, of Lake Benton, Minn. He's been with Olsen since 1998.

The company is one of the larger ones on the road today.
