Commonwealth Capital Ventures Adds New Associates to Investment Team.

WALTHAM, Mass. -- Commonwealth Capital Ventures, a venture capital firm that invests in software and software-based services, Internet and new media, communications technology, and instruments and systems, today announced that Pat Noonan and Todd Higgerson have joined the investment team.
