The Occupational Safety and Health Administration's (OSHA) broad indoor air quality (IAQ) proposal should be with-drawn, as it would "prematurely mandate a set of unproven, building systems-oriented operating procedures that would fail to solve IAQ problems and protect workers from exposure to poor indoor air quality," according to the National Realty Committee, which testified January 9 at an OSHA hearing on the proposed rule.
