Jun. 14--A flourishing residential area just outside of Austin along Turtle Creek is expected to grow again this summer.

Plans for the final plat of 21 residential lots for Seven Springs Third Addition received unanimous approval Tuesday from the Mower County Board.

"It looks like a very nice subdivision," county Planning Director Daryl Franklin told the board.
