Jiangsu Hengrui wins patent dispute appeal over Sanofi-Aventis cancer drug

Shanghai. June 13. INTERFAX-CHINA - Jiangsu Hengrui Medicine Co. Ltd., mainland China's largest manufacturer of anti-tumor drugs, announced today it has won its patent dispute against Sanofi-Aventis over docetaxel, a cytotoxic originally developed by Aventis.
