Celia Felter' s eye for design recently won the hearts of the Back Bay Restoration Foundation board member s.
It also helped her win the organization's first poster contest to promote the 22nd annual Flyway Feast.
The new poster depicts Back Bay at sunset, a sight the teen savors whenever opportunity permits.
