Jun. 6--PORT JERVIS -- A proposed 500-kilovolt power line could run near Port Jervis and parts of Pike County, Pa.
The $350 million line is being proposed by PJM Interconnection, an independent regional transmission organization, which manages electric transmission services of the Mid-Atlantic power grid in 13 states and Washington, D.C.
